AGAINST DOWRY!!!
I am a 27 year old girl living with my mother. I am pursuing DNB family medicine and MRCP internal medicine in Chennai. There are only 2 things that are most important to me, one is my mother and the other is medicine. I have compromised my career choices so as to not leave my mother alone. Even after marriage I need to be at least close to my mother and will not be able to compromise on that. In marriage I would be able to see my partner''s parents as my own and would be very happy if I could find someone who would be able to do the same and have similar dedication to their field.
People describe me as being sincere and hardworking apart from being friendly, there might be some truth to that. Mostly I only do things that allow me to walk with my head held high and with dignity. I do have lot of faults which I wish to keep correcting. |
